Pamela Campbell loves writing about romance. She is a wife, mother of three, businesswoman, and mentor.  She's an avid reader and book collector. Pamela is originally from New York and now lives in North Carolina. When she's not reading or writing, she's spending time with her grandchildren. Pamela’s other hobbies include jigsaw puzzles, listening to a good mystery podcast, and crocheting. Her love for reading her favorite authors inspired her to start writing books.  Pamela started publishing her books 9 years ago and currently has over 70  published books available on Amazon and is working on her next book, set to be released in August.

What inspired you to write this book, and what message do you hope readers take away from it?

    I wanted to do a romance story about two people who are in the wedding industry but are unlucky in love. What I want readers to take away from this story is that love will find you when you least expect it.

Can you tell us about your main character (or favorite character) and what makes them special to you?  
 The main characters Melissa Vaughn and Brian “The Cake King” reminds me of myself. They take their work very seriously and it is almost always at a cost to their personal lives. They both have a lot of love to give to the right person. 

What was the most rewarding—and the most challenging—part of writing this book?
    The most rewarding was when the whole story came together at the end because I kept changing the way I wanted the story to end. The most challenging part writing about socialite London Rose and not letting her character take over the story.

If readers could remember just one thing after finishing your book, what would you want it to be?

As in all of my romance books, I want readers to remember the love connection, and that relationships will never be perfect, but a happy ending can still happen!

What's next for you? Are you currently working on another book or exciting project that readers can look forward to?
   Yes! I’m currently halfway through writing my next book, which will be released in August.
