Aldith McConney was born and raised in Belle Garden,, Tobago. As the eldest daughter of her parents, she has always carried a strong sense of responsibility and leadership. She is a graduate of Queens College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology , followed by a Master’s Degree in Education with Certification. Aldith is the parent of only daughter Naimah Crawford.

Aldith’s spiritual journey began at Highland Church, where she faithfully served in Youth Leadership and the Dance Ministry for over seven years. With a deep commitment to her faith, she embraced the Lord’s calling and diligently pursued spiritual growth and ministry work. She underwent extensive training under Shekinah Glory and Full Armor Worldwide Ministries, under the leadership of Bishop Michael J. Battle and Apostle Karen Tucker, who helped cultivate her gifts in intercession and homiletics, equipping her for teaching and preaching the Word.

Furthering her theological education, Aldith studied at the Berean Bible Institute in New York City, under the mentorship of Bishop Joseph Williams, focusing on Christian Character, Homiletics, and Hermeneutics. 

Currently, she serves at Revelation Tabernacle for All Nations, where she is actively involved in prayer, global vision, and teaching. In addition to her ministry work, she hosts a podcast, “Let’s Talk About It,” under Living Waters International LLC, where she engages in meaningful discussions on faith, personal growth, and spiritual empowerment.

Aldith McConney remains dedicated to her calling, inspiring and teaching others through her unwavering faith, education, and leadership.
